Terrorism is the  number one problem in the world that is staring us in the face.Many innocent people have lost their lives to terrorist who killed for no just course.

Nobody seems to be free in their country, terrorist have ended many lives abruptly.

Bravery displayed by civilians that wrestle the attacker down is commendable.

Before he could be tamed, two innocent souls have been fatally stabbed.

Ifeayi Nba Football club was attacked by deadly armed robbers in N.Y .S.C uniform.

The driver of the vehicle was shot and players suffered various degree of injury.

Who could have thought that men in Corpers uniform will turn out to be armed bandits.

Wearing corpers uniform was a decoy to deceived commuters.

Though they have been incognito, law will catch up with them.

Despite her effort to placate the soldier woman, she received a dirty slap.

Social media is a tool that has brought significant transformations to our world.

According to the commissioner of environment, there are no functional garbage truck in the whole city of Ibadan.

Little wonder, a complex I visited in Iwo road was an eye sore. The road median are not spared.

It is our duty to keep Oyo state clean, after all, we are the pace setters.

V.I.O Restrictions good for productivity.

What is it about VIO(vehicle inspection officer).During the tenure of former governor of Lagos State, they were out rightly banned.

The incumbent governor of Lagos State has also given them marching order.

VIO in Lagos should be off the road in the early part of the day.

They cause a lot of traffic jam and government felt they should not be cog in the wheel of productive Lagosians  who are looking for their daily bread.

Arrest of killers of PDP women leader is commendable.

It was a cheering news after Nigeria police announced arrest of syndicate that killed PDP women leader in Kogi just concluded election.

She was killed in an inferno that engulfed her building.

Those arrested should be made to face the wrath of the law. Most killings that occurred during election were hardly investigated.

Many individuals have lost their lives just because they chose to exercise their franchise.

I hope this case will see the light of the day, this will go a long way to comfort family of deceased.

But for the timely intervention of men of RRS, another fellow would have jumped to his death.

Many individual that were depressed have ended their lives by jumping into the lagoon.

Depression is real, but Jesus is more real.

God in his infinite mercy gave us life, we have no right to terminate it.

There was an exchange of fisticuffs between the duo.

Once upon a time, students become jittery whenever they sight their teachers.

Nowadays, teachers are molested not by students alone, but also by parents.

This could explain why moral decadence is on the increase.When teachers that have the responsibility of training our children.

After successfully robing a bank, a gang of armed robbers left the bank with sum of 25 million.

CCTV footage revealed that after the robbers had left, some members of staff help themselves with remaining cash robbers left behind in the vault.

Police investigative team will have a task of differentiating between two group of people.

Between the real armed robbers and unreal one.

A woman in this video was seen fighting a security personnel for denying her ward entry into the school premises for improper dressing.

The girl was prevented from gaining entry because she was found using eyelashes and adornment meant for adult 

Every school should have rules governing them.

If the girl involved had contravene any rules, let management decides her fate.

For malhandling  a security personnel, I think the woman should be sued for assault.

Kogi election has come and gone.Many people were happy it turn out in their favour, while others are wounds licking.

Houses of a notable women leader was razed and occupants were not spared.

It is an election many will never forget in a hurry.

REVIEW OF KOGI ELECTION.

Kogi election was marred with ballot boxes snatching, confusion and intimidation of electorates.

The election could not be describe as free and fair, it is an election that subvert the will of the people.

At the end of the day, the result will be announced and it will finally be challenge in the court.

We keep going on and forth in circles and it seems we are bent on doing things that will reduce or slow down our progress.

People should be allow to choose their leaders.

Thugs in police uniform disrupts election and when they are arrested nothing definitive is done.

It is obvious some individuals will not allow democracy to thrive because they benefit from violence and intimidation.

Until we are ready to practice true democracy! It is still going to be tragic.

The court of competent jurisdiction has vindicated general overseer of Coza, Fatoyinbo was alleged to have sexually taken advantage of Busola Dakolo

Proving a rape case in a court of law is an herculean task, this may be the reason why the plaintiff lost. 

One thing is certain, everyone has gotten a conscience.Let individual conscience be their ultimate judge.

Emphasis should be place on training and retraining.

NYSC member removed for improper dressing.

To serve our father land with love and strength and faith.

This is one of the stanzas of our national anthem.

Every graduates serve their father land by actively participating in National Youth Service program mandatorily for one year.

The schemes have rules and regulations which every enrolled members must strictly adhere to.

Dressing is part of the rules.Regardless of religious inclination, participants are not allowed to wear skirt, may be ,because of rigour they may be exposed to.

Two serving members who refused to comply with dress code were excommunicated.

They prefer skirt to trouser, can we justify their forceful removal from camp?

Demolition OF kETU fruit market

Government moved heavy construction and demolition equipment to Ketu fruit market and the existing structures came down under destructive demolition equipment.

Traders were seen protesting and weeping profusely as the demolitions exercise continues under heavy security presence.

One could imagine what was going on in the mind of the traders,for some of them, it is an experience they will never forget in a hurry.

Local authority has the right to pull down unwanted structures, people also have the right to demand for conducive environment to earn legitimate living.

Policing without extortion.

They have the mandate to arrest, raid but not to extort.

Extortion is criminal, it is robbery.

Police rank and file have been instructed by superior officers to jettison behaviour that could drag the name of the force in the mud.

Effective policing requires focus, zeal and uprightness.

Law enforcement is tasking and it should not be handle with kiddies glove.

One fire Accident, too many.

 Everybody ran in different direction, thick smoke billowed from the streets.It was another story that   touches.

Property worth millions of Naira were destroyed in an inferno that engulfed a building on Lagos Island.

Report had it that some occupants of the building kept fossils fuels in their store.


Unfortunately, fire fighters arrived at the scene with usual excuse of not having enough water to put out the fire.

Government should properly fund fire service and retrain personnel.

With the right attitude and caution, we can minimize perennial fire accidents in our markets and home.

                 

Bill Assentment by Mr President and Isolationism theory.

Every society is govern by law.When people or government fail to obey the law, there is anarchy.

President Buhari in far away United Kingdom assented to a bill.

While he was away, Vice President suppose to sign the bill on his behalf, I suppose this is what the constitution says.

But that is not the case. Are we practising democracy in the true sense of the word?

Our democratic experiment should be participatory and all inclusive.

Isolationism will make us go backward.

More Illegal rehabilitation centers UNCOVERED.

Police are on top of the situations. Many illegal rehabilitation centers have been uncovered.

It spread across all geopolitical zones  from south to west. It is simply another slave centers where people emotions are being trampled upon.

Who licence such institutions ?

They are illegal centers under the law of the land and operators of such demeaning rehabilitation centers should face the wrath of the law.

Lives of inmates at such centers have been battered and there is need for urgent genuine rehabilitation.

 

Police or Angelic Protection?

It is impertinent to accuse men of God of going about with security orderlies.

Most of the renowned men of God goes everywhere with either police escort or other security apparatus.

Is there anything wrong with that?

I think we should trust God for our protection, it is also not out of place to protect yourself.

Expelled For Writing Open Letter To Vice Chancellor

A copy of expulsion letter issued to a student who wrote an open letter to his vice chancellor has gone viral.

The fellow complained about poor transportation system and myriads of problems encounter on daily basis by students population in the school.

Though he was giving" fair" hearing before his studentship was withdrawn.

Some of the issues raised by the student should be looked into, learning environment should be conducive.

Expulsion is certainly not the end.

Truth should be told regardless of whose ox is gored.

 Nigeria, the most populous country in Africa stand tall among comity of nations.

Rating us as third most dangerous place to live call for concerns.

Nigeria is relatively peaceful. No country in the world is free from crisis.

Government has been working very hard to end insurgency and kidnapping, effort should be made to permanently extirpated insecurity.

There will be no progress if we do not come together to fight crime in our society.
