Nigeria government to build more Prisons
While country like Netherland are shutting down some of their prisons facilities, Nigeria is building more prisons to replace old century prisons
It is not surprising , crime rate has double. There is need to provide potential abode for criminals that are still having field day.
Until government wake up and do the needful, some government establishment may be converted to prisons facilities, you can not eat your cake and have it.
