A man Killed a Lady He Met On Social Media.

He met her on Facebook and they became chatting mate, the relationship snowball into friendship.

One thing led to another, she was invited to his home in Igbo Ora somewhere in Oyo state. The victim who must have confided in his Facebook friend agreed to see him so that he could assist her in solving her problem.

Unfortunately he had sinister motive, and she paid with her life.It is unbelievable that someone will decide to pay a stranger she barely knows a visit because they have started chatting on social media.

There are many lessons to be learnt, hope people that are gullible will learn from this, it is rather unfortunate that a life that is lost could not be retrieved.

Banning of sniper pesticides not enough to stop suicide.

This pesticides has been banned by NAFDAC. The reason  is not far fetched, some individuals that were depressed have ended their life with this poisonous chemicals
This may not necessarily end suicidal tendencies. The question begging for answer is what could leads someone to end his or her life.Answer to this question is what we need to address. Someone may choose not to use the sniper to kill himself, the fellow may use other methods. Poverty is the major cause of depression. A man that is unable to take care of his family may concluded he is a misfit and eventually end his life.A young man that failed his exam, may have the feelings that he has disappointed his family after so much has been invested by the parents on his academic . I will suggest that government aside from creating enabling environment for the masses should start to encourage and empower  some N.G.O that will provide free counselling sessions for depressed people. Banning of chemicals is not enough.
