Ikorodu Boat Mishaps is Avoidable.

I am cogitating about unfortunate boat mishaps that occurred somewhere in Ikorodu.

The boat engine stopped working and the boat capsizes.

All the passengers were travelling without life jacket and few of them that could swim were rescued.

This is an avoidable death, government should set stringent rules guiding water transportation.

One of the rules should be that no one should travel on water without life jacket.

Enforcement of simple rules like this will prevent such an untimely death.

Stop Casualization of Workers.

Nigerians are becoming slaves even in their own country, a situation where foreign nationals who are privilege to operates in our country are subjecting our citizens to life of servitude.


A young man was electrocuted at a factory in Lagos because of poor safety management system.Young schools leavers work as casual in their factories and the remuneration is nothing to write home about.


Labour congress have a lot to do, staff casualization should be stop forthwith and government should impose necessary sanctions on erring organisations.


The fundamental rights of every workers should be protected.
