I have seen on several occasions policemen carrying assault rifles.
Why are they allowed to tie red clothe at the muzzle or mouth of the gun.
What does the red clothe stand for?
Emphasis should be place on training and retraining.
Charms has limitations, policemen in advance country don't tie nada to their gun yet they are efficient.
May be I am wrong, what is your view.
