Why some 2019 prophecy failed?

Every year come with a prophecy from men of God.

According to the scripture, God will always reveal to his servant what he has plan to do.

So it is a common thing to hear prophetic declaration from individual who have deep relationship with God.

But come to think of it, not all prophecy come to pass, why ? I don't know.

One thing is sure, any prophetic declaration that fall to the ground is not from God.
