Every Yuletide is characterise by fuel scarcity, traffic logjam and increase in crimes.

As you could see in this picture, it was a stand still.

Can government solve these problems? 

If it requires road expansion, why not.

Recruitment of more law enforcement agents may be necessary to stem the tide of crimes and curb uptick in crimes rate.
