What makes people commit a heinous crime is beyond physical .I think people that commit a crime
are under certain influence they could not control.
How on earth can we explain a situation whereby an elderly man will cut off the hands of a boy for mere allegation that he wanted to steal his fish.
This is unacceptable, the law must take its course.
