It is also important to sensitize people that lives in the rural areas who are isolated  from happenings in the urban area.

They were executed by firing squad.

Terrorism has spread to other neighboring countries that border Nigeria.

Some of these countries are not going to allow terrorism fester in their countries and their approach in tackling it differs from ours.

I do not know of any terrorist that has been convicted and executed from inception till date.Rather we chose de-radicalized   some so called "'repentant'' terrorist.

     
So many lives has been wasted by these faceless group and our approach should show that we are dead serious in nipping it in the bud.

Park management system is a novel idea in administration of our motor parks.

Former governor Abiola Ajimobi preferred disassociating warring faction from leadership of
NURTW during his tenure.

Seyi Makinde insisted NURTW remain banned, they now have managers overseeing motorparks.

Appointment of Mukaila Lamidi as one of the managers is what some people have problem with.

                                                  

Governor Makinde may not have taken the right decision, I think people who caused mayhem in the past should be kept at arms length, he should have borrow a leaf from Ajimobi.

It is a known fact that conventional security outfits like police and civil defence are overwhelmed and as a matter of urgency needs help.

Some politicians are yet to throw their weight behind formations of these security outfits, reasons is best known to them.

Security of lives and properties require collaborative efforts and all hands must be on deck to fights criminals to a standstill.

To further reduce the ranks of these criminals elements, a trust fund should also be set up for the purchase of weapons and ammunition.

My take on Okada restrictions.

Some school of thought support bans and restrictions of motorbikes and tricycles.

One of the reasons advanced is that orthopedic cases will be minimal, also, crime perpetrated by use of okada will be zero.

Some of the operators interviewed are of the opinions that tricycles should be unbaned while okada should be restricted.

I am neither here nor there.

The same government that is banning them empower them during electioneering with helmet and some other kits.

I hope government is ready to tackle ripple effect of their action security wise.

One thing is sure, oppositiion party now have a campaign strategy.

Vote for us they will say, and you can ride your bike anywhere you like, even in the sky.

Fight against insurgency is a continuos exercise.

Government should brace up to the challenge, this is not the time to be lethargic.

Some of us are credulous enough to think war against ISWAP has been won.

It is high time people looked out for other source of income or relocates.

There was mass movement of Okada operators out of Lagos after it was banned.

Nigerians are resilience and hardworking people.

It is rather unfortunate that some criminal elements have push government to the precipice in taking harsh decision.

Many crimes have been perpetrated using motorbikes.

Honestly, I feel for those whose source of livelihoods has been affected by this decision.
