Thailand Shooting.

It has never happened before in Thailand they say!

 What could be the motives of Thailand shooter who ended lives of 20 innocent people and maiming of thirty one individuals.

 He is said to be a member of Thai armed forces.

 No country seems to be safe from senseless attackers who goes on shooting rampage killing innocent people.

 Mental health is a factor here.

 I hope the man is caught and brought to justice.
