After beating daylight out of the child,she locked him up with the dogs.
I don't know the right word to use in describing this lady.
Child Abuse is rampant in our parts of the world. Many children have been defiled by their parents and guardian.
It is high time we brought offender to book. Let us say no to Child Abuse.
