In policing, one of the rules of engagement stated that it is better for criminals to escape than killing an innocent person.
Killing of a pregnant woman and a young man in Ilupeju by S. A. R. S officers is unprofessional.
For crying out loud, Yahoo Boys don't carry weapons, why is it that police in a bid to arrest them will always fire a shot which most time always hit innocent passersby.
Can someone educate them and remind them that they have the duties to protect citizens and not to kill them extra-judicially.
Government should re-orientate them on firearm handling, enough of wasting lives that are precious.
